Plant City is probably best known for its delicious strawberries. In Late February and early March each year, many visitors come to Plant City to attend the Florida Strawberry Festival. Plant City has many beautiful residential areas, including two residential historic districts. The city government's main operations are located at a beautiful city hall located within Plant City's downtown historic district. The downtown historic district has many restaurants and antique shops and is the venue for a monthly antique car show and bike fest sponsored by the Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce. Plant City is not only a great place to visit, it is wonderful place to live. |
